Construction begins in June 2016 on a 57,600 sq ft, expandable to 240,000 sq ft shell building within the South Industrial Park at Grissom Aeroplex in Miami County Indiana. The building will have 32 ft clear ceiling height and 80 X 30 column spacing. Construction is concrete tilt up on north and east side with structural steel on south and west sides. Scheduled completion of Phase 1 (Shell Construction) is December 2016. Site and building are adjacent to US 31, a major north/south 4 land highway which connects to six different Interstates within an hours drive. The site/building is also adjacent to a 12,500 aircraft runway offering access to cargo and corporate aircraft. The shell building is owned by the Miami County Economic Development Authority
